Reputation management that starts with a real ask
A handful of public 1-stars can drag a whole business down — fewer calls, a worse sort on Google, and the same complaint sitting on two sites. Review Garden helps US local businesses collect more genuine reviews and keep unhappy visits off the listing until you can make them right.
Stronger ratings make it easier for the next customer to choose you. That comes from asking after real visits — not overnight, and not with fake 5-stars.
Industry review management guides
The product is the same on every page: one link, a happy path to Google, and a private note when the visit went wrong. Pick the guide that matches the work.

Do not buy, fake, or “generate” reviews
Purchased 5-stars get filtered, and customers can tell. Reputation management here is asking after a real visit.
Do not promise to take down bad reviews
Google and the other sites almost never remove a review because you dislike it. You can reply, recover the customer, and outnumber old criticism with new genuine reviews.
Do not guarantee a ranking
A stronger rating helps the next customer choose you. It is not a paid placement, and nobody can promise the number on the listing.

FAQ
Reputation management questions
What is reputation management?
Reputation management is how your business looks on Google and the other sites customers read before they call. Review Garden focuses on the part you can run from the front desk or the job site: one ask, two paths, and a habit of answering what still goes public.
What is review management?
Review management is the day-to-day work inside reputation management: asking for reviews, routing unhappy visits privately, and replying to public comments. It is not ads, not an SEO audit, and not taking reviews down.
Which industries have a guide?
Hotels, pest control, automotive repair and dealerships, plumbers, and heating and air shops each have their own page. The ask is the same. The timing, the script, and the other review sites change with the work.
Can you remove a bad review?
No. Review Garden does not take down reviews, and platforms rarely will unless the post violates their own rules. The honest play is private recovery before a complaint is public, then a factual reply if it still goes live.
Do you reply to reviews?
On Premium, yes — using pre-approved scripts and a written agreement, on the platforms you specify. It still has to match what actually happened. We do not invent 5-stars.
